What are your Short Term and Long Term goals?
Short term goals are to continue to push myself daily to become a better stronger athlete. If I show up each day and give it my all then I have succeeded. Long term goals are to continue to learn and motivate others, to continue to have fun through the process and keep enjoying the journey.
What impact has NVDM Coaching had on you?
NVDM has been such a vital part of my life over the last 5 years. The love, support, community, and family we have grown has shown up for me throughout the years in the best way possible.Â
What is your favorite discipline? And why?
The run. I love the free feeling one gets from running.

What is one piece of training advice that you would share with others?
Always find the joy and never take sport too seriously.Â
