What are your Short Term and Long Term goals?


Short/Long term- I want to place top three overall at an Ironman branded event. I have a lot of time goals I would need to hit to get to that goal, and those are the short term goals for myself along the way. 


What impact has NVDM Coaching had on you?


Of course, the top-notch coaching has dramatically impacted my growth as an athlete. But the most significant impact is Natasha’s push-back on limits I had set for myself that I didn’t even realize. 


What is your favorite discipline? And why?


Running - I can handle a lot in life if I can go for a run.


What is your favorite workout?


This is a hard one. There’s a lot. I guess my favorite workout is the one that scares me a little.. and then I crush it. Those are my favorites.


What is one piece of training advice that you would share with others?


Surround yourself with people better than you.


What is your favorite meal?


Some really good onion rings with ketchup and some really great cake.  Of course, this isn’t a meal I get very often!


What is a fun fact about you that most people might not know?


I competed in a body building competition… and won! (My division of course!)
