Short Term: Get my pro-card in 2025

Long Term: Race as a pro and have a blast with it!


What impact has NVDM Coaching had on you?


I have learned so much about how to race and train for triathlons. NVDM has helped me with nutrition to race planning all the way to advice with purchasing my first tri-bike. NVDM coaches have given me incredible support and encouragement and make it feel super personal even though we live in different states.


What is your favorite discipline? And why?


Running

I love group runs and doing workouts on the track with friends. I love that I can go for a run and all 3 of my kids can get out there with me. I also love that running is at the end of triathlons and experiencing the all out effort to get to the finish line.


What is your favorite workout?


Definitely a progression run. I am an accountant by profession and love calculating what pace I want each mile to drop too as I go. I aim big for a pretty graph on training peaks. Yes this is odd.


What is one piece of training advice that you would share with others?


Live in the now and push for what you want to happen today. It's not all about "the race". Find joy in training and all the little wins along the way!


What is your favorite meal?


Appetizer: Spinach artichoke dip

Main Course: Sweet potato fries and a big cheeseburger 

Dessert: Peppermint milkshake from Chick fil a


What is a fun fact about you that most people might not know?


My husband and I have a goal of climbing every 14er in Colorado. I love living and raising my family in Knoxville,TN but I feel like I was meant to live in CO.
