Short Term Goal: qualify for Kona again in 2025. Long Term Goal win an Ironman


What impact has NVDM Coaching had on you?


NVDM has brought me joy!  I’ve known Natasha for several years and to be a part of a team, and a community of people who share common ground is refreshing in the Triathlon world!  I’ve only been with NVDM for over a year and the comradery is what sets us apart.  I look forward to many more seasons to come! 


What is your favorite discipline? And why?


Biking is my favorite discipline as I’ve not been as strong at this leg of the Triathlon in the past. Now I am and it’s FUN!


What is your favorite workout?


What is one piece of training advice that you would share with others?  STAY Consistent!

Double cheeseburger


What is a fun fact about you that most people might not know?


Love different coffee shops, not the local chains.
