What are your Short Term and Long Term goals?


My short term goal for the triathlon is to compete for my pro card and embrace the opportunity to race in a variety of events & places.


My long term goal is to find balance in training, life, and family so that I can preserve my love for the sport and continue to be a part of the triathlon/running community for many years to come. 


What impact has NVDM Coaching had on you?


NVDM Coaching has provided me with the opportunity to create amazing relationships with people that I would have not otherwise had the chance to meet. The team has also enabled me to achieve fitness milestones that could not have been achieved alone.


What is your favorite discipline? And why?


My favorite discipline is running - It is the sport that brought me to endurance events and has taught me so much about life.


What is your favorite workout?


My favorite workouts are long runs with threshold/tempo miles.


What is one piece of training advice that you would share with others?


Aim to be consistently good instead of occasionally great.


What is your favorite meal?


Donuts! (I count them as a meal)


What is a fun fact about you that most people might not know?


I am the youngest sibling in my family by 10 years!
